Shipping Domestic

If requiring a custom order or currently out of stock items of our concrete pot ranges then please allow up to 60 days during busy times of the year or you can email us with how long the making period will take.

Kaluka Creative typically dispatch orders within 10 days of receiving payment from customer. Delivery times can vary due to delivery addresses.

All  rates are calculated in AUD and exclusive of GST. Indicative shipping rates are based on weight and are as follows:

  • 0 - 1kg: $15

  • 1kg - 5kg: $20

  • 5kg+: We will not ship orders of over 5kg. Please contact us if you require single orders of 5kg or larger.

Kaluka Creative pack all our pots and items with care so they have the best chance of getting to you as safely as possible.

All shipping costs incurred are non refundable.

Shipping International

Kaluka Creative does not currently offer International Shipping via our online store. Please directly contact us if you wish to purchase our products from outside of Australia.

Returns

Return postage and handling costs shall be paid by you, the customer and returned to us in good condition and intact.

Only the original person who brought the product and was responsible for the original purchase can return the item.

Please make your selections carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind.
